In the late 90's, Owner and Founder, Doug Phillips became immersed in Computers while working a full time job in the IT field which led to pursuing web site design. By 2003, Doug was finishing up his certifications at TechSkills as a Master CIW Designer, and left Corporate America to officially launch Big Picture Web Design in Spring Hill, TN. As web design solutions are always evolving due to increased mobility, the primary solution offered is responsive web design - one web site design that is "fluid" and adaptive to various screen sizes from mobile to desktop. This solution is used for new clients and those who want to redesign their site to reach a broader audience with increased site usability and user experience. From brochure style to data base driven solutions that are viable within the client's budget. Doug understands the challenges owners face.
